Overexposure to the sun: Don’t do this!
The risks of too much exposure to the sun are well documented. Sunbathing won’t be beneficial to you unless you do it right. If you don’t use SPF of 30 or more, and fall asleep for hours in the sun, you aren’t doing it right. Do it right, and your body can benefit from the vitamin D it gets from exposure to sunlight.
